1.1 INTRODUCTION

Terror struck yet again,at the Haute Monde NIT R with a chilling precision to infect,maim and cripple the denizens of HALL 7.Well,the dramatis personae were not any of the terrorists ,but the insects. The onus of herpes infection seen in pics can be put squarely on great INSECT BREEDING GROUNDS of Rourkela.

1.2 WHAT IS HERPES:
Herpes is a disease caused by insects.
And in the RKL frame of reference the role of insect breeding ground is played by one of the Toilet’s water tank .

1.3 IMPLICATIONS

This hall is an uncontrolled breeding place of many insects. We,the boarders of this hall were forced to switch off the lights & shut the windows and doors during night even though it was damn hot in the room.In addition to this, we were having our MID SEMS XAMS ,and it became impossible to study during NIGHT HOURS(our peak study time).
And in fact, hall 7 became no less than HELL. it became quite necessary to use DETTOL etc while bathing to avoid the herpes
Many boarders had been infected with severe skin-infections as the hall took its toll.They had to miss their classes and suffer misery and pain.
And meanwhile authorities were busy in taking ATTENDANCE.
